Ace Hardware's own Ace Rewards pages could not be read when we checked them on October 27, 2026: acehardware.com showed a bot check instead of the page. The facts below come from Ace's own newsroom, which we could read, and from ShopBack, which agrees with it. Point values and reward rules are on Ace's Ace Rewards page and its program terms; confirm them there, in the Ace app or at your local store before you count on a reward.
What Ace Rewards is
Ace Rewards is the loyalty program of Ace Hardware. In an October 1, 2026 press release, Ace says joining is free, online at acehardware.com/ace-rewards or in a store. It describes the year-round member perks as:
- exclusive sales for members
- personalized coupons
- bonus points
- services such as free delivery on certain items and quick in-store pickup
ShopBack, writing on October 9, 2026, describes the same perks, citing Ace. Because personalized coupons are tied to your account, ShopBack suggests signing in before you shop online.
Ace Rewards Days
Ace runs member-only sales under the name Ace Rewards Days. The latest one Ace announced ran on October 6 and 7, 2026, online and at participating stores:
| Ace Rewards Days, October 2026 | What Ace announced |
|---|---|
| Sitewide offer | 15% off orders of $49 or more, with regular exclusions |
| Points | 2X points on all purchases |
| Brand deals | Limited-time offers on brands such as CRAFTSMAN, DeWalt, EGO, Generac, Milwaukee and YETI |
That event has ended. Ace's newsroom lists earlier member events in other years too, so watch your account and Ace's emails for the next one rather than relying on codes from coupon sites.
What we could not confirm
Ace's earn rate (points per dollar), the points needed for a reward, the reward value and when rewards expire are set out on Ace's Ace Rewards page and program terms, which blocked us. Third-party sites give figures for some of these, but we did not find two recent ones that agree, so we leave the numbers out rather than guess. Your Ace Rewards account and the Ace app show your own balance and any rewards you have earned.
Ace's announcements apply at participating stores, and the October 2026 brand deals were valid while supplies lasted, with some online only. If you plan to use a member offer in a store, ask that store first.
Ways to stretch it
- Join before a big purchase: member sales, personalized coupons and points all need an account.
- Save larger buys for an Ace Rewards Days event, when Ace has offered double points and a sitewide discount.
- Pick up in store when you can; Ace lists quick in-store pickup as a member service.
- Ask about a price match too; see our Ace Hardware price match guide.
