Lululemon Return Policy, Explained
Lululemon takes unworn, unwashed items with tags back within 30 days; We Made Too Much sale items are final sale unless you are a member.

Store policies change. This is a summary in our own words of the Returns and Refunds pages in the lululemon US Help Centre, read on October 27, 2026. The official pages are the ones that apply; check them before you send anything back.
How long you have
Lululemon says purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, under its terms. Shoes have the same 30 days, counted from the original purchase date, and lululemon says that covers shoes you have tried out, as long as they come back in the box with proof of purchase.

Condition rules
To qualify, an item must be:
- the original product, unworn and unwashed;
- with the hang tags still attached;
- in its original packaging, where it had one;
- with proof of purchase.
Swimwear can only go back unworn with the hygienic liner in place, and underwear only unused and in its original packaging. Lululemon says it judges every return case by case, and that excessive or unreasonable returns may lead it to refuse future returns or transactions.
What is final sale
- Gift cards, as far as the law allows.
- Everything from We Made Too Much, the sale section, unless you are a lululemon Member.
- Customized products.
Members can exchange sale items, or return them for a lululemon gift card, in a store only.
Where to return
- Online orders: return by mail or in a store.
- Store purchases: return in a store, or contact lululemon to set up a return by mail.
- Exchanges: in a lululemon store.
- Not accepted: lululemon outlet stores cannot process returns.
- Country: returns must be made in the country where you bought the item.
Mail returns step by step
- Start the return online. Lululemon emails instructions for printing the shipping label.
- Lost the label? Look up the return with your email address and return ID, or find it under the order in your lululemon account.
- Drop the parcel at the post office within 14 days. After that the label expires and you need to contact lululemon for a new one.
How you get your money
Refunds go to the original card, to a lululemon gift card, or as local law requires. If lululemon chooses to refund something after the 30 days, the refund comes as a gift card.
For mail returns, lululemon says processing at its warehouse takes 3 to 5 business days. After that, the credit usually shows on your statement within 3 to 10 business days, though your bank may take until the next billing cycle to post it.
