Mattress Firm Price Match, Explained

Mattress Firm calls this its Low Price Guarantee. Its policy page says the store pays the difference when a lower advertised price turns up after you buy, and that the rule covers the store's own prices as well as other sellers'. The page was read on October 26, 2026. It is the one that applies, so check it before you buy.

How the guarantee works

1. Find an advertised price below your invoiced price for the same or a comparable mattress set.
2. Within 120 days of your purchase, bring the advertisement to a Mattress Firm store. The policy accepts a printed or online ad, and it describes an in-store request, so plan to bring the ad to a store.
3. The store credits your account or mails a refund check for the difference.

The page uses both 120 days and 120 nights for the window.

A price advertised on an auction site does not count, and clearance items and floor models are not covered.

Working out the difference

The refund is only the gap between your invoiced price and the advertised lower price. It is not a refund of the full price of the set. The policy says the store will match any advertised price, including its own, so a later sale at Mattress Firm can count. Keep your invoice, because the gap is measured against it.

Before you buy

• Save the advertisement in printed or online form, since the store asks for it.
• Compare like with like. The guarantee covers the same or a comparable set, so match the size, model and features as closely as you can.
• Check whether the set you want is a clearance item or a floor model. Those are excluded.
