Store programs change. Tractor Supply's own Neighbor's Club page could not be read when we checked on October 27, 2026 (the site did not load for us). What the company states comes from its annual report for fiscal 2025, filed with the SEC in February 2026. The tier and earning details are as reported by two consumer guides, Rivo (August 2026) and The Senior List (February 2025), and only where both agree. Confirm the current terms in the Tractor Supply app or at a store.

What Tractor Supply says

In its annual report, Tractor Supply describes Neighbor's Club as a points-based loyalty program. Members can redeem points for free services or for discounts on future purchases, and the company values each point at one cent. The report also notes that points can expire. It says the program helps it recognize and reward its best customers and personalize shopping experiences.

The three tiers, as reported

Both guides say joining is free and that your tier depends on what you spend at Tractor Supply in a calendar year:

TierYearly spendPoints per $1
Neighbor$0 to $499.991
Preferred$500 to $1,999.991.5
Preferred Plus$2,000 or more2

Both also report that Preferred Plus members earn 5 points per dollar on purchases with a TSC credit card. At one cent a point, that works out to 1, 1.5, 2 or 5 cents back per dollar.

What points are worth

Because each point is worth one cent, 100 points equal $1 in rewards. The guides describe the default reward size differently: The Senior List mentions a $5 reward at 500 points, while Rivo says a $2 reward at 200 points is now the default for base members. The value per point is the same either way, so check the app for the reward size on your account.

Perks for every member

Both guides list these for all three tiers:

  • Receipt-free returns, since your purchases are tied to your account
  • A birthday gift
  • Member-only offers

Extra perks for higher tiers

Preferred and Preferred Plus members get extra services each quarter, such as same-day delivery and a full-day trailer rental. The two guides describe this part differently (The Senior List as a set number of each per quarter, Rivo as Benefit Choice credits you pick from), so the program may have changed between them. Both agree that Preferred Plus adds free standard shipping on eligible online orders of $29 or more.

How to get the most from it

  1. Join before you check out. It is free, and points only count once you are a member.
  2. Give your phone number at the register so purchases are tracked, which also helps with returns.
  3. Watch the $500 and $2,000 marks. Crossing them moves you to a tier that earns more per dollar.
  4. Redeem rewards promptly, since points and rewards can expire; the app shows your dates.
