Store hours change. This is a summary of the hours GameStop lists in its own store locator, read on October 26, 2026. Your store's listing on GameStop.com or in the GameStop app is the one to trust.

What time does GameStop open and close?

GameStop does not post one schedule for every store. The Find a Store page lists each store with its address, phone number, today's status (for example "Open until 9pm" or "Closed") and its hours for every day of the week. Stores in malls and smaller shopping centers can keep different hours, even in the same city.

Hours in our sample

On October 26, 2026 the locator showed us the ten stores nearest to Euless, Texas. Eight of the ten listed the same weekly schedule:

So in this sample the earliest opening was 9 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, the latest closing was 10 p.m. on the same days, and Sunday had the shortest day at most stores.

How we count

We read the hours exactly as the GameStop locator listed them for the ten stores it returned for our location on October 26, 2026. Ten stores in one metro area is a small sample, not a national rule. Stores elsewhere, especially in malls, may follow different hours, so treat the table as an example and check your own store.

How to check your store's hours today

1. Use Find a Store. Open the store locator on GameStop.com, search by city or ZIP code, and read the hours under each store. The "Open until" label tells you at a glance whether it is open now.
2. Set a home store. When you pick a store, the site and app show its name, address, phone number and current open or closed status at the top of the page.
3. Call ahead. Each listing has the store's phone number. Calling is the surest way to confirm hours on holidays, release days or during mall events, which the weekly schedule may not reflect.

The weekly hours above are the regular schedule. GameStop's locator did not show separate 2026 holiday hours when we read it, so check your store's listing or call before Thanksgiving, Christmas and other holidays.
