Harbor Freight Inside Track Club, Explained
Harbor Freight's Inside Track Club is a paid membership, $29.99 for one year or $44.99 for two, that unlocks member-only prices online and in stores.

Store programs change. This is a summary in our own words of Harbor Freight's Join Inside Track Club page and its Inside Track Club Program Terms (last updated September 3, 2024, according to the page), both read on October 27, 2026. The official pages are the ones that apply; check them before you pay for a membership.
What the Inside Track Club is
The Inside Track Club is Harbor Freight's paid membership. It is not a points program: members pay a fee and get access to member-only prices on selected tools. Harbor Freight lists four kinds of benefits on the join page:
- Monthly member deals on a rotating set of items
- Member appreciation events during the year, with free gifts
- Early access to Parking Lot Sales and other events
- Extra savings during weekend sales events
The program terms add that benefits are not guaranteed, can change at any time and may differ from member to member.

Harbor Freight markets the two-year option as half off the second year. The fee is before tax. The membership runs from the day you buy it and ends the day before the anniversary. It does not renew on its own: when it expires, you buy a new one to keep the benefits.
How member prices work
There are no coupons to clip. Member-only deals are applied at checkout:
- In stores, give the cashier the email address or phone number on your membership. An associate may ask for more ID.
- Online, sign in to your Harbor Freight account with the email address you used to join.
A membership bought at the register works right away, even on the rest of that same purchase. Online, the deals apply to orders placed after you join. On the day we read the page, featured member deals carried an expiry date and showed a member price next to a higher nonmember price.
The rules worth knowing
- Membership is for legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older, one person per account. Businesses cannot enroll.
- Benefits are for personal, family or household use, not for resale.
- Benefits are one per member and do not stack with other Harbor Freight coupons, sales or promotions, unless Harbor Freight says otherwise.
- Sale items are available while supplies last, with no rain checks.
Canceling and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund of the fee within 90 days of joining or re-joining, either at any Harbor Freight store or by calling Harbor Freight customer service at 1-800-444-3353. After those 90 days, no part of the fee is refunded. Harbor Freight can refuse a cancellation or end a membership without refund if it decides the member is abusing the program.
Is it worth it?
That depends on what you buy. Compare the member price with the nonmember price of the tools you actually need: if one purchase saves more than the fee, the math is simple. If you would mainly use regular Harbor Freight coupons, remember that member benefits and coupons do not combine.
