When IKEA Has Sales, Explained
IKEA posts no yearly sale calendar; it runs Black Friday and Winter Sale campaigns plus rolling IKEA Family offers with end dates, and a Last chance section.

Sales change and end. This is a summary in our own words of IKEA's US offers, IKEA Family, Last chance and campaign pages, read on October 26, 2026. The prices and dates in your cart are the ones that apply.
No published sale calendar
IKEA does not post a list of sale dates for the year. What its own pages show is a pattern of named campaigns, rolling member offers with end dates, and clearance of products on their way out. Dates for a campaign appear on IKEA's site only when it runs, so the calendar below is a guide to what IKEA has run, not a promise.

Black Friday and the Winter Sale
IKEA's US site keeps a Black Friday page and a Winter Sale page. On October 26, 2026 both said the 2025 event was over and pointed to current offers. Neither listed 2026 dates or discounts yet. If you are waiting for one of them, check those two pages in November and December.
IKEA Family offers run all year
Most of the deals on IKEA's offers page on October 26, 2026 were IKEA Family prices, which go to members of IKEA's free loyalty program. These were live on that day:
- 10% off purchases of $3,000 or more on SEKTION kitchens, countertops and select appliances, through October 27, 2026 (the Dream Kitchen Event)
- 15% off all BESTÅ storage, through November 11, 2026
- 20% off select table lamps, through November 11, 2026
- Up to 25% off popular products in stores
Each member price carries its own dates, for example October 7 to November 11, 2026, or while supply lasts. You need to log in, or give your member number in the store, for the price to apply. Joining is free, and approval for an IKEA credit card enrolls you too.
Last chance and clearance
IKEA's Last chance section lists products leaving the range, sold only while supplies last; it held 1,403 items on October 26, 2026. The items there were not marked as IKEA Family prices. Note that as-is products cannot be returned under IKEA's return policy.
How to time an IKEA purchase
- Join IKEA Family before you buy; most current discounts need it.
- Check the end date printed on each offer and buy before it.
- For a kitchen, watch for the Dream Kitchen Event and its $3,000 threshold.
- Look at Last chance for the product line you want before paying full price.
