MyLowe's Rewards and Pro Rewards, Explained
MyLowe's Rewards is free, pays 1 to 1.5 points per dollar by status and turns every 500 points into $5 of MyLowe's Money; Pro Rewards has its own tiers.

What it is and what it costs
MyLowe's Rewards is the loyalty program for Lowe's personal accounts. Lowe's terms say there is no fee to join. You do not need a Lowe's credit card to take part, although cardholders get some extra perks.
To get credit for a purchase:
- In a store: scan the member ID in the Wallet of the Lowe's app, or give your phone number at checkout.
- Online: sign in to your MyLowe's account before you check out.
How points turn into money
You earn points on eligible purchases and on point boosters Lowe's offers. Points are added once an order is settled and fulfilled. Each time you reach 500 points, Lowe's issues $5 of MyLowe's Money to your Wallet and takes those points off your balance.

Status depends on how much you spend on eligible purchases in a program period, which runs January 1 to December 31. Once you reach a status, you keep it for the rest of that year and the following year, as long as the purchases are not returned. The terms give an example in which a member must reach $2,000 of eligible spending to get to Gold Key.
Rules worth knowing
- Points expire if your account has no eligible purchase and earns no points for 365 days.
- MyLowe's Money has a redemption window; if you do not use it in time, it expires.
- You can use up to 5 MyLowe's Money rewards in one transaction, and they apply after other discounts, coupons, taxes and fees.
- MyLowe's Money cannot be used on gift cards, credit card payments, Lowe's-branded sites run by third parties, or Weber, Kichler or Miele products. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- If you return something you paid for partly with MyLowe's Money, the refund goes first to your other payment, and the rest comes back as MyLowe's Money.
To redeem, scan the Wallet barcode at the register, or pick MyLowe's Money as a payment option online.
MyLowe's Pro Rewards
Business customers have a separate program, MyLowe's Pro Rewards, which is also free. Its tiers are set by an organization's yearly qualifying spending, and the higher rate applies only to the spending inside each tier.

Lowe's says Pro Rewards members get free shipping on eligible purchases, though not in Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.
The credit card connection
The MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card offers 5% off eligible purchases charged to it, or a no-interest-if-paid-in-full deal for 6 months on purchases of $299 or more, and only one credit offer applies per item. Lowe's lists a purchase APR of 31.99% for new accounts as of March 7, 2024.
