Does Lowe's Have a Senior Discount?
Lowe's own discount pages list no senior discount; what it does offer is a 10% military discount, free MyLowe's Rewards and a price match promise.

Discounts change. This is a summary in our own words of Lowe's Store Services, Military Discount and MyLowe's Rewards pages and its program terms, read on October 26, 2026. Ask your local store before you count on any discount.
The short answer
Not as far as Lowe's own pages show. We read the Lowe's pages that list its services and savings programs, and none of them mention a discount, a discount day or a special program for older shoppers. The customer service links in the site footer point to a Military Discount page and a Coupons page, but there is no page for seniors.
So if you ask for a senior discount at the register, do not expect one. If you hear of a store giving one, treat it as a local exception and confirm it with that store.
The discount Lowe's does list: military
The one standing percentage discount Lowe's describes is for the military.

If you or your spouse served, this is the first thing to check. Lowe's military FAQ also notes that a valid photo ID may be asked for at store checkout.
Other ways any shopper can save
These are open to everyone, whatever their age:
- MyLowe's Rewards: free to join. You earn points on eligible purchases, and each 500 points becomes $5 of MyLowe's Money in your Wallet. Higher statuses earn up to 1.5 points per dollar.
- Price match: Lowe's Store Services page says that if you find a qualifying lower price on the exact same item, Lowe's will match it.
- The MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card: Lowe's offers 5% off eligible purchases charged to it, or special financing on larger purchases; it is a credit card, so read the terms and the interest rate first.
- Services that save a trip: Lowe's lists free pipe threading and cutting, cutting of lumber, blinds and chain, and help loading heavy items, though services vary by store.
How to ask in store
- Ask at the customer service desk whether your store has any local offer. Lowe's says its services vary by store.
- If you or your spouse served, enroll in the military discount before you shop, since it needs ID.me verification.
- Sign in to MyLowe's Rewards or give your phone number at checkout so every purchase earns points.
