Meijer Store Hours and Department Hours
Meijer lists each store's hours, and its pharmacy, gas station and other department hours, on the store's page in its Store Finder.

Store policies change. This is a summary in our own words of Meijer's Customer Care help articles, read on October 26, 2026. Meijer does not publish one national schedule in its help center: it sends shoppers to each store's page, and that page is the one that applies.
What time does Meijer open and close?
It depends on the store. Meijer's help article on store and department hours says store hours are on its website, in the Store Finder. To see them:
- Open the Store Finder on Meijer.com and enter your location.
- Find your store and choose Visit Store Details.
- Read the hours on the right side of the store page.
That same page lists the hours of the store's departments, so it is also the place to answer "Meijer hours today" for a particular service. The Store Finder asks for a location before it shows any store, so this page does not quote times for a sample store.
Department hours can differ
A Meijer store is several services under one roof, and the help article names the ones whose hours and direct phone numbers you may need: the gas station, deli, bakery, pharmacy and pickup. Their hours are shown separately on the store details page. Two notes from Meijer:
- Bottle returns are open during store hours. If you cannot get to the bottle return, Meijer says to go to the Service Desk for help.
- Garden Center dates and hours vary by location. Meijer suggests calling Customer Care for the dates and hours at your store.
Service Desk and Customer Care hours
Meijer gives fixed hours for its help lines:

Meijer adds that outside Service Desk hours, a team member can find the Store Director if you need help. Customer Care can also be reached by opening an online case, and Meijer says a representative will follow up.
Pickup and delivery times
For Meijer Home Delivery, you pick a delivery window after you fill your cart. Meijer says the times on offer can change with availability and store hours, and you can choose early delivery if you can take the order before your chosen time.
Holidays
Meijer's help center does not post a holiday schedule, and we did not find 2026 holiday hours on its pages. Before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day, check your store's page in the Store Finder or call Customer Care.
Tips before you go
- Check the store details page, not only the store's opening time, if you need the pharmacy, deli or gas station.
- Plan returns and other Service Desk tasks between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- Call Customer Care for Garden Center season dates at your store.
