Store programs change. This is a summary in our own words of the Under Armour Help Center article on its military and first responder discount, read on October 26, 2026. The official page is the one that applies; check it before you shop.

Does Under Armour have a military discount?

Yes. Under Armour says it offers a military discount of 20% off the entire purchase, in the United States and Canada. The same help article says the discount may be larger during promotional periods.

Who qualifies

GroupDiscount
Active duty military20%
Retirees and veterans20%
Military spouses and family members20%
Police, firefighters and EMTs20%
Nurses, teachers and students20%

Under Armour groups police, firefighters, EMTs, nurses, teachers and students under its first responder discount, at the same rate. Online, eligibility for every group is checked by ID.me.

Online, Brand House or Factory House

Where you shop changes the rate:

Where you shopDiscountHow to get it
UA.com, UA.ca or the UA app20%Verify with ID.me at checkout
UA Brand House store20%Show a valid ID
UA Factory House store10%Show a valid ID

If you usually shop at a Factory House outlet, the military discount there is half the online and Brand House rate.

How to use it online

On the website, add your items to the bag, go to checkout, enter your shipping details, then press the green Verify with ID.me button and sign in. The discount is applied automatically once ID.me confirms your status.

In the UA Shop app, open your bag, tap Apply Promotions, pick the military, first responder or teacher discount type, then verify with ID.me and sign in. The discount again applies on its own.

Under Armour says you get the offer as soon as your credentials are verified. If verification fails, ID.me runs its own support line and help site; Under Armour's article points shoppers there.

What it does not cover

  • No stacking: the discount cannot be combined with other promo codes.
  • Excluded items: it does not apply to gift cards, select footwear and other products marked as excluded.
  • Promotional timing: Under Armour says the discount is valid during promotional timeframes, so check the terms shown at checkout.
  • Members only: the discount is only for eligible people; it cannot be passed on to friends, and the article says ID.me can revoke access for misuse.

Tips before you buy

  1. Verify with ID.me before a big order, so the discount shows before you pay.
  2. If you also have a promo code, work out which saves more; the two cannot be combined.
  3. Check whether the shoes you want are on the excluded list, as select footwear is left out.
  4. In a store, bring a valid military ID, and expect 10% rather than 20% at a Factory House.
