Store programs change. This is a summary in our own words of Samsung's Military Offer Program page and its FAQ and terms, read on October 27, 2026. The official page is the one that applies; check it before you buy.
What the program is
Samsung runs its military discount as the Military Offer Program, one of several Samsung Offer Programs. It is a members-only area of samsung.com: once your eligibility is confirmed, you see special prices on phones, tablets, watches, TVs, monitors, appliances and other products. You have to be signed in to a Samsung Account to buy at those prices.
The FAQ says savings across the offer programs go up to 30% off, and that they differ by product line. Treat that as a ceiling, not the discount you will get on any one item.
Who qualifies and how to verify
| Group | How Samsung says to verify |
|---|---|
| Active duty members | A valid email address ending in .mil |
| Active duty, veterans and retirees | ID.me, with valid documentation |
| Any of the above | A benefits provider such as GovX or WeSalute |
For the ID.me route you create a Samsung Account first, then confirm your status through ID.me. The page does not mention spouses or other family members, so do not count on them being covered. Samsung also says it may ask for more proof of eligibility at checkout.
Purchase limits
The FAQ sets a limit of two products per product category, per email address and/or shipping address, within any 12-month period. Home appliance accessories and mobile accessories have a higher limit of four. Anything above the limit is charged without the program savings.
The terms on the same page describe the window as a calendar year instead of 12 months. If you plan several purchases close to the end of a year, ask Samsung which one applies before you order.
Combining offers
The page is not fully consistent here. The FAQ says program savings can be combined with Samsung's public and seasonal offers. The terms say the program prices are for a limited time and cannot be combined with any other offer, and that the discount is applied after any trade-in credit and instant rebate. In practice, the price you see while signed in is the one to judge; if a promotion does not show up in your cart, assume it does not stack.
Rules to know
- Program prices are only on samsung.com. They are not offered in retail stores or on other websites.
- Do not share program prices or ask another retailer to match them. Samsung says it may remove members who do.
- Prices and terms can change at any time without notice.
- Members still get the regular samsung.com benefits the page lists: Samsung Rewards, buy online and pick up in store, special financing and support.
Tips before you buy
- Verify before you shop, so the member prices show while you compare.
- Count your purchases per category, especially phones and tablets, so a third item does not lose the discount.
- Check the trade-in value too: Samsung applies the program discount after trade-in credit, so both can lower the final price.
