Under Armour Return Policy, Explained
Under Armour takes back unworn gear with tags and proof of purchase within 60 days, with a longer holiday window and free drop-off at Happy Returns or UPS.

Store policies change. This is a summary in our own words of Under Armour's Return Policy help article, read on October 27, 2026. The official page is the one that applies; check it before you send anything back.
Who the policy covers
The policy applies to gear bought directly from Under Armour in the United States and Canada: on UA.com, at a Brand House store or at a Factory House store. Gear bought from another retailer follows that retailer's rules, not Under Armour's.

Under Armour says the holiday extension is typical, not guaranteed, so check the article each season.
What condition the gear must be in
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Gear must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
- Shoes must come back in the original shoe box, in its original condition.
- Store purchases must be returned in the country where you bought them.
Under Armour says gear that arrives outside these rules is not accepted and is not refunded; it may be donated or thrown away. It also says it may refuse returns that look fraudulent or abusive and may limit how many returns a shopper makes, even with receipts.
How to return an online order
- Start the return within 60 days from Order History in your account, or from the return label page on UA.com.
- In the US, pick a Happy Returns Bar or a UPS drop-off location. In Canada, returns go by Purolator.
- Drop off the items and ask for a receipt. At a Happy Returns Bar the item does not need a box.
Items from one order can share a package and label; separate orders need separate labels. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Returning in a store
UA.com orders and Brand House purchases can go back to any Brand House with proof of purchase. Factory House purchases go back only to a Factory House, not a Brand House. For online orders returned in a store, bring the original sales or gift receipt and the card you paid with. Under Armour also asks for a valid photo ID and the original form of payment.
If a return is accepted without the original proof of purchase, the value is based on the last known selling price and the refund comes as a UA Gift Card.
Exchanges
Size and color exchanges are available within 60 days. Online, choose the exchange option on the return label page and drop the item off.

Happy Returns refunds start once the bar processes the item and should show within 3 to 5 business days. UPS and Purolator refunds start after the warehouse processes the return. Under Armour says to allow up to 14 business days for most refunds to post, and longer during peak months such as December and January.
